The AT Gold metal detector was designed with gold hunters in mind.
This detector is fully submersible up to 10ft and is equipped with a 5" x 8" search coil so you can even look for the tiniest nuggets along the surf. If you want to pan for gold in the mountains and run your coil through a small stream or you are taking a beach vacation and want to search for lost jewelry, this metal detector from Garrett is the perfect machine.
This gold detector also comes with the Garrett wired MS-2 headphones.
These headphones are not waterproof and a pair of Garrett submersible headphones are required to go fully underwater and dive in the shallows of a lake.
The AT Gold is optimized for gold with a high operating frequency, but also has the flexibility of a True All Metal Mode.
The All Metal Mode provides the greatest possible depth and sensitivity so you don't miss anything in the water or on land.
This detector also has two discrimination modes with a Zero Discrimination setting and a U.S. coin setting.
The Garrett AT Gold features Tone Roll Audio so you can listen to the signal even more clearly as it modifies and changes the audio characteristic to help identify what kind of iron you are targeting.
There are also two customizable notch selections which are set up in Zero Discrimination Mode and U.S. Coin Mode so you can start hunting straight away.
